Pictures of yummy gluten free food!

 All recipes are gluten free and dairy free. We use duck eggs instead of chicken eggs, and we basically make all meals from scratch. These are some of my fav dinners and deserts!

 This is the Spiderman cake I made for my nephew. 2 layers on bottom (vanilla) and 2 layers on topp (chocolate) this was one huge cake! I also put strawberry filling between the layers! yum!!

 

Yum! Smoke salmon with a terakyi  glaze with noodles and veggies. I made this using a recipe I found online... which I can not currently find.

 Hello Kitty! I made these strawberry cupcakes for my sister-in-laws birthday. GF, dairy free, and with duck eggs... decorations are gf wafers for the ears, skittles for the eyes and nose, and starburst for the bows.

This was the celebratory dinner for my hubby's promotion. It was knock off of PF Changs dishes. We've got Lettuce Wraps, Shrimp in Lobster sauce with noodles, Sweet and Sour Pork, and my hubby had to have a spicy dish which is Pork with Chiles.

This is the chocolate cake I made for my husband's 30th birthday. I made home made fondant for the first time (marshmallow based)The cake is from my hubby's favorite anime Lupin the III.

D-D-D-Dora! Dora the Explorer!! This coconut cake was my daughter's birthday cake, which I frosted in less than 5 minutes ( I was running so late or else Dora would look a little better) She loved it anyways and that's what counts!
